Patrick Hamilton

Patrick has been selling real estate for 30 years since he earned his California salesperson's license in 1986.  He continued his real estate career in Arizona after moving to Scottsdale in 1994.  In 2002 he founded the predecessor firm to Greenbelt Realty to better serve his clients in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley area.  In 2017 he made the move to HomeSmart which is the largest residential real estate brokerage in the Phoenix Metro area.

Bryan DeGregoris

Bryan moved to Arizona from Minnesota to attend Arizona State University. Bryan has lived in Arizona for 20 years and as a longtime resident of McDowell Mountain Ranch is an expert in the North Scottsdale real estate market.  He earned his real estate salesperson's license in 2002 and takes pride in his marketing abilities and negotiation skills.
